If you’d like to try something new, then come along and enjoy getting creative with Sarah, making your own decorative glass birds. This is a great introduction into the world of glass fusing and absolutely no experience is required.

Providing you with everything you need, you’ll learn different techniques to create your own bird designs. Perfect for displaying inside or out, they make beautiful pieces of decor for your home or garden.

Class sizes are small and informal and your pieces will be ready for collection from the studio at a later date, or posted to you by arrangement at an additional cost. As with all our workshops, this makes for a great morning on your own or with friends and family.

All glass materials, PPE and tools are provided along with refreshments.

If the date you're interested in isn't listed, or is sold out, please email Sarah - we'll always try to accommodate specific dates and times whenever possible. Group bookings and under 18’s (12yrs+) are also welcome, again please email to enquire.

Great Experience

Sarah studio The Little Red Cabin is amazing. Neither of us has had any “artistic” experience—yet she had us creating, charming g and warm she is a wonderful teacher. Most excellent fun. Thank you, Teri and Paul

Highly recommended

None of our group had tried anything like this before, but we were so pleased with how our little birds turned out! Sarah is so kind and informative. There was a lovely atmosphere in the studio, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
If you feel like doing something different, with something beautifully individual to show for it, I highly recommend this course!

Perfect course

I already had an interest in glass, having attended 2 stained glass courses, but this was something I had wanted to do for ages. So lucky on the day as I was the only person on the course. Sarah is so knowledgeable about fused glass techniques and is brilliant at explaing, very patiently. The range of various glass types and colours in her studio is fantastic. She leads you so well in making the pieces and I was so pleased with the end results. I will definitely be back with my wife for another course. Thank
you.
